What you need
1 cup Oats, Minute
1/2 cup Unsweetened Coconut
1/2 cup Non Dairy Chocolate Chips ( I used PC's The Decadent)
1/2- Peanut Butter
3/4 cup
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Assemble
- Put dry ingredients in a bowl and mix
- Add peanut butter with a spoon and push along the dry mixture to incorporate
- Add vanilla.
- Continue to work until all ingredients are mixed
- Put in fridge for 1/2 hr to harden
- Store in fridge up to a week and crumble on your favorite yogurt or make into balls and eat like a cookie.
This Almond Yogurt is great because it is sweetened with fruit juice. Even being plain yogurt it tastes great.It also has probiotics!
