Basic Tomato Sauce



Simmer sauce for 30 minutes to let flavors develop

 

2 tsp          Dried Basil, Oregano, Parsley, Sage
2                Bay Leaves
1 tbsp        Olive oil
2 tsp          Anchovy paste 
2 tsp          Salt
2 tsp          Pepper
2-4 drops  Liquid Stevia or sugar ( if you can tolerate)

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a medium boil
  2. Turn down the heat and simmer for 30 minutes
  3. Remove from heat and remove bay leaves
  4. Serve, store in the fridge or freeze.
