Super Tangy Dill Dressing/ Dip


Especially good on cooked talapia!

Dill, mayo, mustard, lemon juice, anchovy paste in the blender



1 tbsp        Lemon Juice
1-2 tsp       Dijon mustard
1/3 bunch   Fresh dill
2 tbsp        1/2 Low fat mayo
1-2 tsp       Anchovy paste
1-2 tsp       Salt and Pepper

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender
  2. Blend until combine
  3. Taste and adjust ingredients accordingly, add more mayo if too tart or a hint of sugar, more salt if too bland
